A juridical entity being established — formal filing pending completion of the Founding Board of Directors recruitment. Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
Under the Cooperative Code of the Philippines (R.A. 9520), all prospective members — regardless of tier — are required to complete the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) before their membership application may be processed and their share capital accepted. A Certificate of Completion is mandatory and must be submitted as part of the membership documentation package. The PMES is administered by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) or an accredited cooperative educator. Non-compliance results in application rejection regardless of share capital readiness.

Once your Titan Vetting Form is received, the Board Secretariat will contact you within 5 business days with your PMES schedule and Certificate of Completion requirements.

The Cooperative maintains a strict institutional firewall between its Board of Directors and its Management Operations.
Board of Directors (Tier 1)
Restricted to Strategic Oversight only. Directors set policy, approve annual budgets, ratify major contracts, and review audit reports. They do not engage in daily operations, financial reconciliation, or product fulfillment activities. This separation is a Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) audit requirement and a structural provision of the Cooperative's By-Laws.
Management & Operations
Daily operations, logistics coordination, and financial reconciliation are handled exclusively by Cooperative Management — separate from the Board. All financial records are independently audited by Fajardo & Cayetano Bookkeeping and Business Solutions Co., ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and audit-grade accuracy at every operational level.
